You have to leave your culinary and health department standards at home when you go to Bryants, that is for sure. In the 1960s it was something to behold. In those days, you judged the sauce, and the BBQ, by the number of flies buzzing around! Not for the faint of heart! But the beer was ice-cold ~ with frosty glass mugs ~ and the more fingers that were missing from your sandwich-maker meant that he had a LOT of experience - BBQ wise. fsf

You forgot the myopic rude staff at Bryant's! At least at Gates, the staff is civil, with their bellowed "HI MAY I HEP (yes HEP) YOU?")
