so, across the street just now, when i went to get my coffee, a smiling DC cop came in and said, well everyone can relax now and go to the grocery store. the guy behind the counter said, so, this is it for sure? and he said OH YEAH, this is it. The woman ahead of me in line looked at me and i looked at her and we both shook our heads skeptically and agreed, nah, this is not "it", by a long shot.
