I grew up one county over. Marion is home to Marion Institute, one of the finest military prep schools in the nation. Most of the rest of the county's inhabitants are typical redneck, good ol' boys. This camp was training police officers from throughout the South, as well as security officers from abroad. I find it hard to grasp that the camp's owners have an Al-Qaida connection. I probably know some of them.

well apparently ABC news had some special on at the end of July featuring terrorists training at that particular camp. They did say this AM that it was used for our military, police and others from abroad.
