Hit piece on GWB is on its way, according to Cindy Adams:

On its way to publication is the book, "Bush's Brain: How Karl Rove Made George W. Bush Presidential." Political journalists James Moore (Emmy-winning news correspondent from Austin) and Wayne Slater (Dallas Morning News bureau chief who covered Dubya for 18 months) remind us that Rove, Bush's brain, picked Dubya to run for governor of Texas, tutored him on government's workings, ran the campaigns that eventually put him in the White House. They tell us the Bush machine is run by Bush Brain Rove, who created him and keeps him on top. They call White House senior adviser Karl Rove the one calling the shots at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Look, they're saying it - not me. Don't pick on me. The book says Bush Brain Rove's decisions determine U.S. policy and leave everyone wondering who's really running the country.

It's out next summer.

Marijuana shortage reported in New York:

A MYSTERIOUS marijuana shortage in New York has gotten so bad that local medicinal pot groups are begging for an emergency supply of reefer from out-of-state sources. Page Six

Bill Clinton, spotted loading up on chips at a Harlem 7-Eleven, was asked to comment, but his spokesman said that the former president was not to be disturbed until he had conquered his latest bout of the munchies.

And Karl Rove has coached him on how to be a caring human being? You really can't fake some of the things I've witnessed in the last year. When you attempt to fake true goodness, it comes out all syrupy and phoney.

This book sounds like a bunch of tripe intended to put a monkey wrench in the reelection effort.
