Great opening. Um, I don't watch too much TV, but a couple of comments. I used to think Ellen DeGeneres was quite funny, her early stuff was really good, her show was pretty good. But the show really went south when she came out as a lesbian.

Thanks you for your prayers. I always get nervous when I fly.

You should have seen me this morning. Even though I got ready in 5 mins. I looked marvoolus! LOL, I didn't wear my pearls, but I'm sure I made the Guild proud, HA! HA!

And I say something about Rosie O'Donnell also. I thought she was pretty good in Sleepless in Seattle and A League of Their Own. I even watched her show occasionally. But she jumped the shark when she blasted Tom Selleck, and then really went bonkers when she came out. (Hmmm, do we see a theme here?)

I liked this comment they have on Fox News:

"Geraldo IS the Ted McGinley of network news channels. If the bushy mustachioed one is on your dial, chances are good that your televised source of information has turned into a self contained farce machine. But don't tell him that, he's packing and may take you out - As long as the cameras are rolling"

(But I still love Fox!)

Oh look who's here!!!

Lt. Gov. of Maryland and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, left, waves to the crowd with Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y, right, at a fund-raiser, Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002, in Bethesda, Md.

My favorite shows are, The Soparanos, "24" and "Alias." (And WWE, tee hee hee).

Back in the 80's I loved "The Equalizer." I wish I could say it never jumped, but after Edward Woodward had his heart attack and they added Richard Jordon to the cast, things went downhill. Mickey Kostmayer (Keith Szarabajka) was given less face time when the Harley Gage character (Jordon) joined the cast, something that did not make me happy. (Mickey had a great, sarcastic wit and was charming in a naughty boy kind of way) The show became too preachy on social issues, they even had an episode about gun control that guest starred Sally Jesse Raphael! I still have all my taped episodes and I love them all, but the show did jump. (tears:(
