Anybody know why the Fox News segment 'G Block' is called the 'G Block'??? Just curious...
Blocks of time are allocated on news shows according to letter. The first chunk of the hour is "A," the second, "B," etc. The last chunk, accordingly, is "G."
This threw me for a loop for months, and then someone on FR who worked in TV explained it to me.
