I need to resume my health tips that I started way back when - it's no fun to be home alone with no pampering when feeling off kilter. Best wishes on a speedy return to rightness.

Our homeland security is so screwed up with all the inconsistencies and myriad of organizations tripping all over each other trying to do whatever they're trying to do. It's like the last assasination with the cop fifty yards away and the perp was able to escape despite and almost immediate lock-down of the area.

Thanks for the wishes of well! I'm not alone anymore, hubby came home last night. Haven't seen much of him today, been asleep all day.

He's off to get me a lovely Steak and Shake dinner, mmmmmmmm. I hope I can taste it. :-)
