Is there an easy one-shot way to deal with default intralinks when moving partial source code from its original site to FR?

I don't know if FR allows it, but the proper approach is to have the entire article containing the links in question enclosed in a ... pair.

I tried that before and it didn't work at FR.

I just re-tried it as an experiment and it won't reset those pesky intralinks. Thanks anyway!
