I hope this helps you to post your own pics when they have been sent to a separate server:

Right click on your pic and go to Properties.
Copy the URL of the pic and note the width and height.
Paste it as indicated below changing the width and height to correspond to the size of your pic.
NB. No space after the < sign

I don't know if you have to, but I put quotes around the sizes.. "width="500"height="600">
