Damm - those stupid birds are making me dizzy!

Our alarm is set for 5:05, so when I bolt awake earlier, generally with something on my mind - I go ahead and get up rather than lying there flopping around like a goose.

Surely makes for a long day though. ;-)

I am and always have been an early boid...can't never sleep past 5 am...but in reality, I can't sleep for more than 5 hours at a stretch...ughhh.

I know exactly what you mean about bolting awake with something on your mind...I woke up at 4 with my heart racing today. It's times like these that make me wish that I still smoked cigarettes. ;-)
