I'm assuming that this is a joke (look at the source.) The percentage of blonde (or blond for that matter) genes will tend to stay constant. Recessive genes are neither more nor less likely to die out than dominant genes. It's a Hardy-Weinberg thing.

Except if blonde women and men tend to produce less children than those of other hair color which is probably true. It's probably time to shift your investments in tanning solutions to hair bleach.
