I was reported to the moderator for expressing my view that this poster's existence as a separate entity was questionable. I don't, of course, know who reported me, but I did see varina davis pointedly thanking the moderator on this thread.

I have reported some recent posts which were personal attacks on me. I hope the moderator will remove them and tell the posters to stop doing that. I have also reported a post, complete with thinly-veiled profane names, that was very clearly a personal attack on another poster.

I never used to hit the "abuse" button, Jolly Green, but if that's the proper remedy rather than sarcasm and continually answering what I consider to be inaccurate or untrue statements, then I'll use it.

If I get banned b/c the moderator is tired of hearing about it, I invite you to check around. You can find me and talk to me as torquemada5, on another forum. You'll have to guess which one--I don't want to mention it on Freerepublic's webspace.

I lived w/o posting on Freerepublic for years, just visiting it often and enjoying the articles/posts and the conservative atmosphere. I can do that again if I am forced from the site. I'd like to stay, but there are an awful lot of rules and I don't think I've finished reading all there is on the subject. I sincerely hope the Robinsons do track down those double identities, b/c such devices are a waste of time.

You've successfully countered a great deal of misinformation and misplaced emotion about this case with your concise, logical, accurate posts. Keep on keeping on--I'll be reading and enjoying every word you say!
