You are saying your "sentiments" outweigh President Bush's attempts to appoint conservative judges --- that are being blatently blocked by Democratic Senators.

Well, I certainly agree with you on this point and with others on different "senseless" arguments Darth makes. However, his vote at the moment appears to lie with the worst choice and we have no way of changing his mind. I mean maybe comparing Scalia and the Ruth Buzzi clone (forgive me Ruth) or pointing out the decisions on the death penalty, pledge of allegiance, etc. might have given him pause to think. This does not seem likely now.

I don't get it. What makes you think Bubba-2 is even going to appoint conservative judicial candidates? He's not a conservative,and doesn't even really claim to be one.
