I know this picture is probably too big to post but the thread's pretty dead tonight anyway so hopefully nobody will care.

Besides, it's a thing of beauty; seeing someone intercept a ball right out of Randy Moss's hands.:)

I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the Panthers. 'Course, I'll have to forget about that for the next week.:)

Hi. Your trials and tribulations tug at my heart. You are strong, and the Lord will watch over you and the family.

I thought I was going to have to come look for you.

Prayers for your dad going up.

Hehe!

That's for us to know and everyone else in the NFL to find out ....... *grins*

I will have to concede that because of our truly absymal record last year, we have the easiest schedule in the league ..... but we also have two former ProBowl players on injured reserve and another one was injured in the first half today and was out the rest of the game.

I've been gone for a while .... when I left the Pack was behind. Glad to see that they came back and won ........ :-)

Private Purdue reporting in....We, too, were quite lucky. The whole day was a nail-biter though. Daughter (who is living in Raleigh) flying in that morning, and arriving just before the bad stuff started. Other daughter on one interstate in the path of the storm and son-in-law on another interstate heading into it.

When the tornado/storm sirens started, all who were here at my house went to the basement...this included my 83 year old Dad and his dog who hates my cat. A scary time was had by all.

We lost our cable, thus the computer hookup and tv. Very frustrating to have just the radio for news.

Things are now back to normal here, but many in the area are still without power.

Thanks for thinking of me, glad to report all is well!

That's Mike Minter ...... one of our best players. I think that play just stunned all the Vikings fans .... and, of course, it brought shouts of joy from Panthers fans ...... YAY!

I may have this stat wrong but I think we got 3 interceptions today off of Moss ...... the one in your picture was the BEST!!! ..... *grins*

Guennie ~~~ it is so good to have you back with us! How did King Arthur handle being on vacation that long?

I'm enjoying your reports and looking forward to the rest of them .... *hugs*

Thanks! When we went to N.C. to visit our daughter, we were welcomed with a 14 inch snow (Jan.'02). So, in return, she was welcomed home with a tornado. Ha!

I hope all is quiet when she has to fly back, it's nerve wracking enough worrying about bombs!

I am in total agreement with every one of your points.
That's awful kind of you to say, but are you sure you agree with every one of my points? I mean, I did say that GHWB was right...

(Aint' that illegal around here?)

Kidding aside, I do believe the situation in Iraq -- for starters -- would be vastly different had Bush 41 caught another term. We could start with the difference between an assassination attempt upon a former President and a sitting President...

Jesus, it's infuriating. Like our Embassay in Tehran, our Embassies in Africa are U.S. territory, dammit!!! I'm sick of this b.s. about how 9-11 was the first Al Queda attack on U.S. soil.

Prayers for you brother's step-son and all his family. That's got to be really rough for a boy that age to handle. Bad enough to lose his father but to be the one to find him ....... good gracious! May God give him peace, comfort, and love!
