It seems the draft resolution on Iraq that the President submitted to Congress and being quoted by OUR MEDIA....is not the FULL RESOLUTION...it is a LEAKED VERSION.... ....

Wonder who in Congress leaked it.....hmmmmmmm!

You are presupposing it was a Member who leaked it. Who's to say it wasn't part of the Administration as part of the overall scheme of things?
