I hear ya. It's a sad situation all around. I'm just glad the woman was caught. I hardly think she just snapped, this was not the first time.

A few weeks ago my sister's friend was at the store and saw this women in line losing it on her daughter .. so my sister's friend thought is she distracted the women with some friendly chit chat

Well this women I guess was not in the mood because she punched my sister's friend in the eye .. and she got nailed big time

Her eye was sooooooooooo black and blue she could barely open it
