One thing about Tom's alibi, versus Rick's alibi.

Ricci's alibi is: he was helping entertain LDS missionaries at his home until 8 p.m., the evening of June 4. After that, he was home and then his wife says he went to sleep about 10:30. (There was also an early story that said Ricci told police he was out with friends the evening of June 4.) Thurber saw Ricci the morning of June 5 at about 8 a.m.

Tom Smart's alibi is: he was at some event taking photos and/or meeting with other photographers, on the evening of June 4. His colleague in the sportsshooter article says they all left about 11 p.m. At some point in the morning on June 5, probably at about 4 a.m., his brother Ed reached him on the phone. (We don't know if it was a cellphone; if it was, that wouldn't pin down where Tom was.) I think Tom showed up at Ed's shortly after that, apparently btw 4 and 5 a.m. For the time btw 11 p.m. on the 4th, and about 4-5 a.m. on the 5th, Tom himself says he slept after having taken a sleeping pill. I haven't heard that his wife confirmed this, but I assume she has.

If we discount both wives, then that means someone can account for where Ricci was up to 8 p.m. the evening of the 4th, and again at 8 a.m. the morning of the 5th. That also means that someone can account for where Tom Smart was up to 11 p.m. on the evening of the 4th, and again btw 4-5 a.m. on the morning of the 5th.

Needless to say, I'd believe an alibi given by Heidi Smart more than I'd believe one given by Angela Ricci--unless I heard that Heidi had also been convicted of something deceptive like forging/passing bad checks. I doubt that Heidi has any such thing in her past.

I haven't stated Smart family member did it.
I haven't stated anyone did it.

I have brought up senarios. I have wondered who the players are that are involved.

I do truely believe that the one main person/player involved has not been mentioned yet on the media or anywhere else. I do believe there is more than one person involved.
