(The case described the overturn of this Miller's conviction on a methamphetamine manufacture charge. The case was overturned on procedural grounds--IOW, nothing to do with new facts being found out.) I still don't know if it was the same Richard Dean Miller you mentioned, but the area of the country certainly did fit.

As for the kiddie porn, on this forum people did indeed notice that one of the defendants in that big international computer kid porn bust was a Utah photographer. Can't remember the man's name, but then someone here found the guy's name listed at a photography event, and in the list of younger photographers participating, there was a name that was the same as one of Elizabeth's cousins or young neighbors. Oh, wait, I think the young photographer listed was a Beesley.

Another poster here also mentioned that Hans case.

francom.....wasn't there a francom who was listed on the sexual registry and I thought I read somewhere that he was a photagrapher....I do not believe this Francom was directly related to LOis's family...but I am only going on what I remember from earlier posts
