Kalif. has executed ten murders in twenty years, there are over 500 on death row right now, sooooooo I would say the answer is Old Age..........

Very good question. My son and I were discussing this, and why it is there are any persons on death row. Why aren't their sentences carried out? How hard is it to strap someone to good ole "Sparky?"
