When I was first pregnant the only flat heeled shoes I owned were flipflops and sneakers. Caring friends insisted I had to wear flats and all of a sudden I had about 6 pairs.

The only time my back and legs didn't bother me until I was close to due date was when I wore heels. I couldn't handle wearing the flat heels!!!

well dr. doug has said that i need to wear something with a good arch, but i don't know if that means heels or not. i do best with the 3" shoes, flat shoes do bother my back.

I have a terrible time finding shoes, and now I have to be careful of my back, so I just end up barefoot a lot of the time.
