You'll like this story .. my neighbor comes over and hands me this short story her 6 yr old has to read for homework and asks me what I thought

The story starts off about a panda in the woods and how they eat leaves .. blah blah blah .. then I turn the page and it proceeds to tell how the female panda rub up against stuff to leave her scent so that the male panda will smell the scent so that he can them mate her

I looked at her and said .. they teaching sex education in 1st grade now??

Nope .. it was for a Reading class

I said .. of ALL the classics in this world .. she had to pick this book??

Needless to say .. my neighbor is REALLY PISSED OFF and plans on telling this teacher and the school just how pissed off she is ..

And trust me .. they don't want her mad .. LOL

I noticed a LOT of liberal greenie propaganda in Gabe's 4th grade reading book in Washington, and I complained to his teacher and the principal and they were going to name me to the textbook committee for the school district the next year, but I moved to Texas.
Every other story or poem was about evil man hurting the poor trees and animals of the beautiful forests. The animals all got along well... lions were friends with giraffes and tigers were friends with gazelles... there were no evil meat-eating animals. Just evil Mankind encroaching on their habitat.

Six year olds need stories about mating pandas so they'll know how to arrange their stuffed animals in their rooms.

OH! That's it! Have the neighbor's kids over to your house and then your neighbor can go into her 6 yr old's room and arrange all the toy animals in mating positions and take photos to present to the school board while she reads the "lesson" aloud.
