It is blue, a little cloudy today. I think if you checked out the dates of either the Tribune story that said that the family was the focus or the NE article then you will see that this statement by David is after that time frame. Ricci was taken into custody the 14th of June, the day after his statement. Do you think that possibly LE had told the family that they were focusing on a non family member. If you'd get a clue S-G then maybe you would pull your head out and stop bashing the family.

RICCI: I don't know. I don't even think the Jeep has anything to do with the disappearance, to be honest with you. I just think if it was Rick's Jeep that was gone, it was just weird timing. Now, I did call the mechanic at one time, and this is important to me. I called him one time to talk to him about the mechanical problem. The mechanic went into a different mechanical problem. I said, no, THE ELECTRONIC FUEL PUMP. and he conveyed to me, oh, I have two, three white Jeeps here now.

Two Infallible Proofs

Evidence 1) She says she called on the day the electronic fuel pump was repaired, this was May 30.

Evidence 2) She says when she called to check on the electronic fuel pump, there were two, three white Jeeps there. Earlier in her statement she says "if it was Rick's Jeep that was gone", implying it might have been one of these other people's Jeep that actually disappeared on May 30, not the Ricci's Jeep. She's implying the Jeep that disappeared from Moul's lot on May 30 may have been the Jeep of a different owner.

My question on posts like this is, are the people making them just being downright dishonest, or is their thinking really that twisted that they actually consider an old, tired, irrelevant news story from 3 months ago still somehow casts shadow on the Smart family.

yes smack is slang for heroin. what i meant was, although ricci was apparently a user, he didn't seem strung out. as a condition of parole he would have to take very regular drug tests. and supposedly his arrest was for violating parole by drinking? as for edmunds, heroin is a costly habit, not many homeless people can afford to be doing it very often. especially driving from utah to w. va, except for those quicky-marts that sell heroin. lol

So much for Angela's sudden recall--her recall in her recent LKL, of having called Neth's?

And you say she's been freely admitting all along that she's called Neth's? (You cite her July 1 interview.)

But on LKL in the most recent appearance, she appears to be talking specifically about that time the jeep was at Neth's in late May, early June, 2002. She is covering her behind. She said in earlier interviews that she DEFINITELY was not the person who called and said "this is Mrs. Ricci, we'll be getting the jeep out, emergency." Now she is hedging, saying, well, I called about the fuel pump, but...She definitely implied that she called about the fuel pump around the time the call came in from "Mrs. Ricci."

I'm telling you, the woman is conning you, as she is conning others. She is hiding something. I believe she is ALWAYS hiding something, b/c that's how she lives her life. I don't think she helped abduct Elizabeth, but she and the truth are relative strangers.

That, Spore-gasm, is a statement you will never find being made by Angela Ricci. It is way, way too definite.

Please trust me on this. I deal with people who call me up and give only their first name (as if it were some kid calling their teacher to ask about homework or something), even when I've only talked to them one time in my life, because they are wary, 24/7, of having anyone pin them down on anything. Such people always, always, have at least two last names, too.

If she made the call to clear the Jeep and is now lying about it then she is a conspirator and was probably in on the planning from the beginning. I also think our friendly pig roaster is probably her brother, the one who introduced her to Richard. Do you think she was asking people in the park if they saw Richard that night because she wasn't sure? I think it was to see what kind of lie she was going to have to tell.

It could have been later since she didn't know the car had been picked up -- by someone, not necessarily Ricci.

Moul has not given "testimony," he has talked to TV reporters, which is vastly different.
