Suppose Ricci somehow found a way to steal the jeep back from the repo man--he wouldn't want to tell that he'd stolen it back w/o paying the loan money, right?

It's unlikely that Ricci would take the jeep back to where the Repo men snatched it the first time. Angela won $50K in a lawsuit which paid of Ricci's debts, so the Repo scenario seems unlikely.

Who brings the jeep back to the shop, EVEN WHEN IT IS CLEARLY RUNNING? Why does the jeep really stay in the shop so much?

My contention all along has been that the two week trip to the shop offered an alibi for the jeep's whereabouts - at least until Ricci learned that Moul kept meticulous records.

If anyone believes the story about the plane going down without being shot down on 9-11 they need to rethink that one.

A plane going straight into the ground at 600 mph is going to have nothing left. Even if it was shot down, missles are usually heat seaking and would rip off an engine and a wing.

That Ed Smart unloaded a piece of crap and didn't have to pay Ricci a dime all at the same time. Pretty "smart" I'd say.

Ricci had full access to the Jeep and had driven it while he worked for Ed. He knew full well what he was getting. There is no indication that the jeep was in the shop all the time. You are just making things up as you go along - again.

I'm still trying to figure out what's with Smart calling Ricci by his formal name, Richard, when everyone else called him Rick. Must be a class distinction thing.

I did call the mechanic at one time, and this is important to me. I called him one time to talk to him about the mechanical problem. The mechanic went into a different mechanical problem. I said, no, the electronic fuel pump. and he conveyed to me, oh, I have two, three white Jeeps here now.

Excellent catch, Sherlock!!! All of you Ricci/Angela defenders better back up and re-read Sherlocks posts about this. He caught Angela in a blatant lie that condemns her and Ricci. THEY DID TAKE THE JEEP OUT ON THE 30th.

You need to look at this again because you're not getting it. What is going on here is the police have record of Angela making a phone call to Moul on May 30. She is deceptively admitting to it and blowing smoke by saying there were more than one white Jeep so Moul probably had them all mixed up while keeping people that are slow still in the dark that she ever made the call. Note the smoke Angela is blowing. I don't think the Jeep has anything to do with it, BUT, IF OF THE 3 JEEPS AT MOULS THE ONE THAT WAS GONE HAPPENED TO BE RICK'S, IT WAS JUST WEIRD TIMING. Sure Angela, it might have been another white Jeep owner that left their Jeep at Mouls for 10 days without bothering to check on it. Of course I don't believe there were any other white Jeeps at Mouls. IF THERE WAS EVER ANY DOUBT IN ANYONE'S MIND THIS WOMAN IS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR THIS SHOULD REMOVE IT!!!

They were trying to hook up. It's obviously very abnormal behavior, suspicious behavior. It's certainly two vehicles that are trying to interact and finally do hook up, and then take off very rapidly. And then, again, they head back towards Federal Heights area.

Curious!!! As you know, I have always been suspicious of Fred Trujillo because he knew Ricci. That is an astronomical conicidence. I'm even more suspicious after reading this. Trujillo previously said that one vehicle went in one direction and the other went in the opposite direction. Reconcile that!
