Wait till Return of the King comes out in 1.5 years. If they play it straight from the book, all of the Men fighting on Sauron's side will range from "swarthy" to black. The good guys will all be blond Nordic types.
I watched the DVD recently and noticed that all of the main characters have blue eyes. (I think.)
