My brother briefly owned a building in a low rent area. The first 4 tenants paid one month rent to get in, then never paid again (all with a welfare check)

After months to get them tossed out the 5th one started the same stuff- so he went there around mail-time the first of the next month, and the first 4 tenants were lined up to get the welfare check that was still coming in the mail.

He turned them in, and then they burned his house down.

I could have written your post because the same things happened to me, not to mentioned the filth and debris left behind, or plumbing torn completely off the walls, or curtains and rods ripped from the windows...I could go on and on and I suppose you can, too.

Oh my goodness! They actually did that to you? That's so terrible! I'm sorry that you ever had to meet people who were so disrespectful and bad like that. Shame on them. :(
