After living in the remote swamps of South Louisiana all his life, Boudreaux decided it was time to visit the big city, New Orleans. While shopping in the French Quarter he picks up a mirror and looks in it. Not knowing what it was, he remarked, "How about that! Here's a picture of my daddy!"
He bought the 'picture', but on the way home he remembered his wife, Clothilde, didn't like his father. So he hung the picture in his shed, and every morning before going fishing, he'd go out there and look at it.
Clothilde began to get suspicious of these many trips to the shed. One day after Boudreaux left, she searched the shed and found the mirror. As she looked into the glass, she fumed, "So that's the ugly bag he's runnin' around with..."
