The reason for this is Im really tring to make sinse in what I know about the case---On June 9, I was up at brighton at a cabin. We had gone for a walk and found something out of place, called police hotline told us to investicate and call back. We did what we have is a mountain side with a mine a gate to the silver mine stating no trespassing, police told us to go ahead and search passed the gate and call back. We found a car tire tracks showing he had back into or right up to the back of the fence and two persons got out crossing the gate we instantly found two sets of foot prints a mans and a womens, about size 8 such alittle smaller than mine. We track these two persons up over the hill and all through the wooded area, we also saw footprints his going down to a creek and stratling the creek (washing up?) The whole time it was very scarry We followed the prints even further up the mountain. The police by then called in and asked what did you find, we stated and they said they were on their way and to meet them. So down the mountain we went. Getting down and waiting took for every and we kept calling and then they said they have another lead and they wouldnt get to us until the next day. Very disappointing then we found out where they were and stated we were searching is across the main road and up the hill so then they agreed to meet us. This whole thing is weird. Well those cops that came in looking trodded throught that area like a herd of cows and walked all over the footprints one cop even drove his car right over the tire tracks and they all were in the oooppps mode. To us it seems as if there is some cover up going on. They stated unless they we had any physical evediance to prove what happened it wouldnt help. We have other clues lots of others but I know this is getting long, But I do have to mention this the police are looking for a cave, We found a mine you think that would be good enough to really search the area, let alone finding out just two days ago the smarts have a cabin up there. The kidnapper (killer) would most likely hide a body were it would point a finger at the smarts, dont you think so.

the foot prints were in the dirt, no snow up there, however, it had stormed on mon jun 3 it had stormed was very windy which had made some trees fall down also in the city, and rained. We did find some prints in the mud as well. I kept asking the police are they sure she took those shoes are her shoes all accounted for how about in her school locker, I feel they need to recheck that. The mans shoe print was very clear but of course at that time they didnt have a man in mind to size up the shoe print or pattern on the print. the women shoe wasnt very good on seeing the print markings.

why are you asking if the mud was white?? dont understand would like to. The mud was brown and was drying out quickly. summer was upon us.

Because on Jun 8 the Jeep was driven somewhere where it got white mud and pine needles all over it. Were there pine needles in the area?

Thanks I didnt know that. Yes there is. Have you checked out the family pictures they have smarts and it shows in in the canyons I swear I was walking on the road were the cabins are by the mountain we climb.

I have to say at this time I do not think ricci had anything to do with it but I really am wondering about someone else who has not been arrested yet. I get this from --- across the street from my sisters the fbi came in and searched the home and area grounds and all why? because he was a prison friend of riccis, (well it even gets better) the house they searched us to be owned by a man named miller also friend of both the new home owner and ricci. I did some research and found miller on the utah sex offenders list he fits the description beautifully and you should see that picture of him. I not saying he did it but I saying that he fits the profile looks like ricci but brown 5'8 160 sex offender friend of ricci and also does construction work makes you go hummmmmmmmm
