Did my statement about the Clintons say that all Presidents are cons? No, but you definitely implied that the American people in general are easily conned.

Just one question, did Angela say what was in the autopsy report? No, she was cut off, you know Larry, he is addled. She just said it was "extensive" and talked about blood clot, pressure etc.
She also made statement about recieving a letter from the U of U Hospital...but you know Larry..he has his "list" of questions and he don't follow up. grrrrr

Did you watch LKL tonight? Angela almost gagged when they asked her if she would waive Richard's attorney client privilege. She looked like she was swallowing a rock.
I just caught the end but yes, this threw her for a loop. The other guests helped her out of it but the answer was obvious, not on her life will she let the truth come out. Did these other postors watch the same interview I watched?

Why am I doing this? It's pointless, but... I've had that feeling so many time, but on I go like Don Quixote slanting at windmills.

There is no way she will sue anybody because she wants the information in this case buried as deep as her husband's ashes will be.Not fair, sandude.

I, too, came away with a very favorable opinion of Angela Ricci tonight. She conducted herself with great restraint, especially in the face of that B**ch Nancy Grace's rude insinuations, and a couple of tasteless calls from professional busybodies. Tonight we heard Richard Ricci's voice for the first time--from the tape on their answering machine. In no way would I describe him as softspoken....more like firmspoken, cheerful, and upbeat.
I fear I have gravely misjudged both Angela and Richard in the past. For that, I apologize.
It's good to hear from someone who has a sense of perspective.

I'll tell you this Sherlock, out of all the people on the peripheral of this crime the guy the milkman saw is the most likely to be connected to the crime.
As I've stated many times and you know I believe, all the peripheral people saw this same guy. My only question is why the police want to hide this.

She did make a point of saying that one basic think she has learned from the whole thing, is to "always have legal representation." This was excellent advice from Angela that everyone should heed. I mean that but I think that in this case the lesson she learned was this, "If you did the crime, don't fool yourself into thinking you can con the police by being cooperative. It might not work so it's best to get a lawyer right from the start." Poor poor Angela.

Her statements tonight contradicted what we have been told about this case.Of course they did. Most everything the public has been told was to build a case against Ricci.
To: Neenah
Does anyone know exactly what the position of Nancy Pomeroy is? I know she's not a lawyer. She was introduced as Angela's "representative". Would that be her PR agent? Like the woman hired by the VanDams--Susan Wintersteen?

Anybody who buys into Angela's lame explanation of events on tonights larry king live better slap themselves in the face and get back into reality.
Tonight she gave yet another "expalin it away" theory for the Jeep bailout. She was trying to give the impression that Moul is an ignorant foreigner who doesn't know what he is doing at his business and that he may have mixed up Ricci's Jeep with other Jeeps. The police probably ruled this out by talking with the other Jeep owners and if they took their Jeep out with a post hole digger etc. She even immitated Moul with a lame accent for effect. Does anybody really believe Moul would mistake Ricci with some unknown imposter or mix him up with another customer? The Riccis have been in the shop many times previous because Moul was upset with the Ricci's for owing him money so the Ricci's stick out in Mouls mind like a sore thumb. I don't think he is going be "mistaken"(angela's words) as to the identity of who owes him money. Moul has had to deal with the Riccis many times previous (unfortunately for him).
Then she brought up her other theory of the stolen keys. Then she says she doesn't think the Jeep has anything to do with the abduction anyways.
So I'm sure she has spent these past months trying to come up with "explain it away" theories so she doesn't have to face up to the fact that her "soulmate" was lying to her through his teeth. Most women wouldn't really want to face the fact that they married a child kidnapper/rapist/scumbag?
Anyway I think she is the one who called in as Mrs. Ricci to bail out the Jeep. I don't know what that means but that is probably what happened. She says she passed her lie detector test with flying colors. I think most cons know how to pass it.
To: jengaio
But really, Varina, you'd have much more credibility if you exhibited in any way that you hear anyone other than yourself talk.I don't need to establish my "credibility" with anyone, thank you. And unlike some, I'm not interested in exhibitionism.
To: MadisonA
Angela Ricci has a habit of dating ex-cons, and married at least one (Richard Ricci.) I don't doubt they loved each other, found in each other their soulmate, but that has nothing to do with the abduction of Elizabeth Smart. I think Angela desperately wants to believe that her soulmate had nothing to do with the abduction...
To: Sherlock
It would appear Ricci didn't bury ES on Jun 8 though if the searchers saw his accomplice digging a large rectangular hole on the next day, Jun 9. Agreed, if that was indeed Rick's friend then something else happend on the 8th, maybe nothing more than returning the Jeep to Moul's. It also would appear that our "cook" took care of the disposal alone.
