We eat the gizzards and everything in my family too. We're Texans. My husband from California thinks its disgusting.

I'll pick up some fried gizzards for my (native Texan) husband at the deli counter in the grocery store if I'm feeling particularly benevolent. (shudder) Uuuuuuuggghhhh....(/shudder)

I guess living in the South makes a difference to, ain't nothing like a basket of Deep fried gizzards. Ye-ha! But truthfully my wife & kids don't like'em worth a hoot.
