I've forgotten. Are you a Southerner? I was thinking maybe it's a southern thing too. My Dad loved all those innard-type parts. Also, we'd use the neck to make soup usually.

We eat the gizzards and everything in my family too. We're Texans. My husband from California thinks its disgusting.
Maybe it is a southern thing, but a lot of sook jai is from Texa. I don't understand.
