Please enlighten me. Who is it that you will vote for that will subsequently sit in the White House?

Unless things change drastically I doubt I will ever cast a vote for the winner in a presidential election.  But to limit myself to picking just a Republican or Democrat is just choosing between the lesser of two evils, and that my friend is no choice at all.

All that does, is to help the Dems ; usually. It may make you " feel " better / superior / wise or whatever ; however, in reality, you are doing absolutely nothing to further your cause. Like a two year old, with a dreadful case of the " terrible two's ". you're holding your breathe and throwing a temper tanturm. The only difference is, you still won't get what you claim to want and no one, not a single person, with Conservative leanings ( at the least ), in government, will take your positions into considerations . You lose on all accounts.

Instead of seein a glass 1/2 full or 1/2 empty, you see an empty glass. It's ALL or nothing, with you and that means that you'll always get NOTHING ! That reality; whether you will accept that or not ... it's the truth.

Exactly the answer I expected. I could probably have written it for you.

What's even funnier is that all the while you and your ilk believe in your uniqueness, you demonstrate a cookie cutter image as vivid as any other party faithful. Believe it or not, the 3rd party genre is pretty monolithic; perhaps more so than the two major parties.

It's easy.........just hate everything and reject all establishment candidates. It doesn't take long at all to learn the game. Truth is, you're really not independent at all.

But why do "you people" then tear down our choice that won the election. Bush is not libertarian, you probably did not vote for him but he is the president. He will not be putting your agenda in - he is a compassionate conservative not an ultra right winger.

Does the fact your candidate did not get in mean that you never support the president or the country? Are you going to demonize him in concert with the democrats and win their battles for them?

Doesn't the president of the United States warrant some support since your candidate did not get in. Is there no understanding that he will not please you 100%?
