Yes, I am back online, and the phone workers, and their equipment and their trucks and their cones are gone as well...Hopefully we are now restored to full phone service...what a mess...this happened a while back, and my same funny neighbor was out there waving her arms, and yelling at the phone men....like that is going to make them work faster...
The phone worker man who came to my door, was just making inquiries about our phones, and did we now have dial tones...yes, we did, and I told him I hoped that this would be the end of the messing around with the phone lines...
He then wanted to know about those big 'chains' hanging up on my walls....and he also wanted to know about the giant wooden chair, I have sitting in my backyard...and about the huge hinged wooden man standing in the hall, wearing nothing but a vest, wooden necklace, and a red mounties hat...
Hmmmm..sounds like I am running an S&M parlor here...ah, but they are nothing but my dads woodworking handiwork...Now that I think about it, that big wooden chair could survive most any activity, but its really too big to bring into the house, and I dont think BigDom and I want to scare the neighbors and the wildlife, by using that giant chair where it is....

lol she is so helpful to the phonemen
what about Dizzy
did he take it in stride
or was he helpful like your neighbor
I think the phoneman was just curious
I'm sure your dad's artwork has some of his own stamp on it
and attracted the phone man's attention
