My dear Habs, only Englishmen sip sherry; in my opinion that is woman's drink. I have long ago gone native and drink the Rioja of the north as well as the Albarinio.

Today, when I had Tarta de Whisky for postre, Alberto gave the benediction as he poured the whisky over it - you can pour a hell of a lot of whisky during the benediction - lol

Is Tarta de Whiskey a drunk Spanish Hooker?? So, grannie is there after all? And she is so famous that a dessert, drinking song, or tipple has been named for her!! I always knew you had a stern backbone to quaff Rioja, though it now explains your taste in photojournalism all too well ;-)
