This is a sad day for FR.

I hope that Joe remains a member of FR and continues to
contribute his good posts and thoughts here.

I've been a registered member since 1998, and Joe was one
of the first to make me feel welcome here - it will not the
same FR with BADJOE gone.

What a crock...

Afternoon all...finally got here...was wraslin with my benign positional vertigo, and spent most of yesterday, and this morning, laying in bed, trying to reorient my brain...

Ah, I feel much better today...

Grannie, your new curtains are wonderful...I love em...

Loddy, your pic of one species of animal providing care for another species was touching... This does happen often enough in the animal world...I have seen dogs raising cats, cats raising dogs, dogs and cats being raised by pigs, I even saw a big black crow, raising a little kitten, runty pigs rejected by their moms, being raised by either cats or dogs...well its truly amazing that in the animal world, maternal instincts often weigh out over the instinct to fight with, hunt and kill....Often the role of predator and prey disappear when one creature is a helpless babe, and the other creature is a caring parent....so nice to see pics like that...

Palo, sounds like Miss Lulu had herself a wonderful adventure this morning, on her walkie...she is quite the gal, one who folks cannot refuse....just like her mama...

Oneida...you cake recipie sounds scrumptous...perhaps I will break down and bake something for BigDoms return from his weekend in Tacoma...

Well, I passed the over 40 test with a perfect score.....ah, to be 40 again, would be a treat....
