James 5
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much

Just an update on my husband's brain tumor.

We made it to Lost Angles by getting lost only once for about 1/2 hour. We got in about midnight so we are a little tired tonight.

Praise report! We were informed that will we be responsible for about $100 instead of the $10,000 + we were orginally told that would be our share of cost.

Ben's has gone from appointment to appointment today. We are going out to dinner then early to bed. Tomorrow is the big day.

There will be a team of 5 doctors and the anesthesiologist for the surgery. They will be starting about 1 PM PST with the surgery lasting 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Thank you for all your prayers.

My husband is doing well, I would have posted much sooner but I couldn't get the site to come up on my laptop. Thye are talking about moving him into a private room by 7 PM. He was partially sitting up and eating orange jello (yuck) and apple juice this moning.

I was calm all through the surgery, I could feel all the prayer coming our from everyone. Thank you to all for your prayers and freepmail.

My hubby was released from the hospital yesterday afternoon. He is tired a lot but is doing well. His scar is an irony to his surgery, it is in the shape of a perfect question mark.

He gets his stitches out tomorrow and they are releasing us to drive home on Saturday. This is WAY to soon in my medical opinion. He is already battling me as to what he is permitted to do. I wasn't able to be there when he was discharged, so I have many questions. I will be asking them while they are taking out the stitches.

We will be going to my brothers to stay for a few days. He is about an hour south of here with moderate traffic. I don't feel comfortable traveling long distances only one week after brain surgery. The doctors have informed all the families that if the patient starts leaking CSF from the ear or nose just bring them in.

Thank your for all your support and prayers.
