Personel departments have a little secret mark that means "Do not ever transfer or promote this person to a position where he will come in contact with anyone important" If you want one, put up the toilet pic. Then be prepared to be passed over for raises and promotions for the rest of your life.

Trust me on this one. I found almost every possible way to get one of those marks.
