To see GIFs in IE,
Click on "Tools"
Click the "Advanced" tab at the top right
Scroll down to "Multimedia"
Within the "Multimedia" section check the box for
"Play Animations in Web Pages"

Click "Okay" at the bottom of the "Tools" panel
