I'm not familiar enough with the topography with the hills and valleys that are east of the Rockies.
But one would hope Ohio etc. would not be overly devastated with the inland tsunami's rampaging over the countryside when such occur.
Beachfront property might first have to be clear of a lot of floatsam and jetsam that included a LOT of dead bodies of all kinds.
I don't think sunblock would be enough to overcome the stench.

We Already do have a coast...
It is called the North Coast...
Just got back from there and I whole heartedly endorse a trip there especially in an area known as the flats!
