"And why do you look at the dust in your breothers' eye, when you do not notice the chip in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother 'Brother, allow me to pick the dust from your eye," while you do not perceive the chip that is in your eye? You play actor! first clear away the chip from your own eye, and then you will see perfectly to remove the dust from the eye of your brother." Luke 6:41-42
I think there is another verse, that states to the effect that one is not to pray in public, like the pharisees, in order to gain attention. Those who do this receive their reward now. Rather, when you pray, do it in secret, for your Father knows what you do.
wow. guess that doesnt apply to you, either. your sanctimonious condescenscion flies in the face of the Gospe. Who told you you had the authority to or gall to behave contradictorily to the words of Christ, while admonishing others you BELIEVE to be heathen, etc.
sure is a lot more easy and fun to find faults in others rather than work on yourself. its even more fun when stand on an electronic soapbox and proclaim your magnaminity and self righteousness WHILE finding "fault" in others.
