Dreams...ok since we are sharing...I had a vivid dream in 1990. At the time I lived in an apartment which in the east was a spectacular view of the Washington Monument. My dream consisted of me being on the balcony 15 floors up and watching a huge tidal wave tall as the monument heading toward me. It engulfed the monument and I woke up.

And another came 3 days prior to the crash flight 587. The dream was vivid and unusual for me. I was out in an unfamilar park like area near the water with adults and kids and we were having fun, when I looked up and noticed a rocket or missle heading into the ground over the trees. It hit with a large boom and then someone mentioned the military. I woke up, shaking in the middle of the night full of fear and I heard a voice that simply said 'remember this dream' It took me a while to go back to sleep. In the morning I thought little of it. Went about my weekend and such and pretty much forgot about it. I usually don't remember much about my dreams if I remember anything at all.

Then the 587 crash happened, on Veterans day, (military reference, people not at work, kids at the park...) I didn't tie it to my dream until a news report came in saying it had sheered the tail and the wing off (at the right angle it could look like a rocket/missle). I have never had this type of concern from a dream before. Shaken and with a chilling unease as things clicked and became clearer, I turned to my mothers old bible and with mine eyes closed I randomly opened to a page and placed a finger on this:

Job 4:12 Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof. 13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men, 14 Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake. 15 Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up: 16 It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying, 17 Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?

I continued to shake as I read on and then later I am not sure why I cyptically posted the other part of the scripture here...

Job 4:18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly: 19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth? 20 They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it. 21 Doth not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.

Thanks for sharing that and your dream of the airplane. Those are typical of dreams others have had and just about how much information may be given by the L~rd initially. They are just one of the ways the L~rd shows people things. They will heighten your awareness and encourage you to ask Him for more information.

Dreams can be pieces of a puzzle which the Lord gives for us to figure out. Some want the whole journey ahead to be broad, easy and lit with Hollywood lighting and directions for every move, but that is not His way. He says the true way is narrow, difficult, and that the Word is "a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Ps 119:105. That is a little light and a constant continuing search for Him and His truth on the way.

I had a dream a few years ago. I saw a group of buildings all of different sizes, shapes and heights. I knew they represented different countries of the world. There was one that sprang up in the middle, bigger, brighter, and newer than all the rest. It seemed to be of glass and steel and was much taller than any of the others. It also seemed more proud, if you can envision a building having pride. Then two hands came down from heaven and shook the tall building by the shoulders and it fell to the ground utterly destroyed. Then there was a waiting period, a time to watch and react, respond or repent. Then something much worse happened and there was water running through the floors of all the other buildings.
