Evidently you need to take in less spirit and switch to beer or something less strong. Yikes! Where exactly in the world would a 9.0+ earthquake cause less damage? And since when did biblical prophesies start including the Richter scale?

He is saying PRAYER and proper Godly decisions on the part of the U.S. PRESIDENT VIS A VIS ISRAEL can adjust the epicenter of the 9.0 or greater away from North or South America. OTHERWISE, California--look out! And probably Oregon, Wash etc. . . . 9.0 . . . what if it's 9.9 . . . could be a lot of shaking over a large area.
