Someone out there must be a huge bundle of nerves by now. That's what you get when you steal a 16-foot cup of latte.
The cup, a promotional balloon worth $3,000, was set up outside the new Starbucks in Wausau to attract customers to the coffee shop that opened Thursday at 306 17th Ave.
