Problem here is that DeKalb County is holding back on us. This may be because they are just inherently inefficient (long term problem in DeKalb with many things besides polling places), but I'm afraid it's because Cynthia's minions are holding back their vote totals until they see how many they need to beat Majette. DeKalb County, especially South DeKalb, is her home territory, and there are plenty of folks willing to lie, steal, and cheat for her.
