Oh no -- I just heard, even though the crash was months ago. Wilderness photographer extraordinaire Galen Rowell and his wife died in a plane crash back in March. His work was inspirational. Photography magazines have been running his articles all year.

You need a bigger hard drive if you want to compete.

There are bunches more of lots of things I need if I want to compete with the Rowells... but do I want to compete with dead people?

I guess the legend would have been enhanced if he died on a mountain instead of a desert.

I visited Texas twice last year during the "normal weather" months and it was very nice.

But if I'm going to go that far....the Carribean or Hawaii are much nicer.

I'm with OCC.....you can have that summer heat(and late Spring...and early Fall). I'll trade that for a good snowstorm anyday.

But I'll visit during the nice months.....

My mouse is working - but erratically. hmmm... that word doesn't look right.

LOL! About a month ago my mouse froze up. It took me a few hours and many re-boots to figure out that the batteries in my wireless mouse crapped out (it was only 3 months old).
