As far as I know, the PH testimony is not a part of the actual trial so they wouldn't get to see it.

That's what I was afraid of. :-( Bummer.

But it does enlighten us, and apparently Feldman is on to them. If the jury comes back with guilty, this would still be useful on appeal or in other future litigations on Westerfield's behalf.
