I have been told by an attorney, to NEVER talk to the police.

Given my reputation with the local Gestapo, they now know better than to even try to ask me questions, since I have a few of my own for them; ones they don't want to answer. All I have to do to get them to go away is to tell them I want to give them a copy of my RICO complaint as a citizens report of criminal activity and insist they give me a case number. After all, how can they investigate a crime without a case number? You'd think I had the plague! :-)

I think that had the mummification not been brought into the equation, the defense would have won the bug battle. So I think if anything, the bug and mummy testimony will cause the jury to possible hang. What do you think?

My premise is that if the bug testimony convinced them that Westerfield didn't do it then they wouldn't bother looking at the fiber evidence.

Let me again point out that, during the closing arguments, and beyond, we certainly had people in here who disagreed with us - and the threads rolled on.

But in the past couple of days, we're back to the same old thing.

And it always seems to start in the same place - though pointing that out is futile.

It seems that all items the jury is requesting from the court are the things Feldman begged them to look at. Have they requested things that Dusek ask them to look at? Don't think so.
