Ever watch the movie, Witness for the Presecution, with Marlene Dietrich, I think?

A man's wife disguises her indentity, testifies that the man/her husband really did it, then the defense reveals her identity, and the case against her husband (who did do it) is blown to pieces.

At least that's how I remember the plot. Anybody, feel free to correct this. :-) My memory is like a stainless steel er, sieve.

Anyway, rent this video. It's a great movie. I kept thinking of it when Neil testified.

The way I'm reading it is he talks about #127 MPEG Attack Videos. Then he talks about #128 GIF anime. Two separate issues. Then talks about the date, 8-5-01 and linking D.N. West to the anime site and asking the witness if he can therefore tie D.N. West to the MPEG attack videos.

Oh, why did you have to bring that up? I'm sick enough just relating to Danielle's death. Now thinking about those other girls, I am about to cry. I don't know the dates of their disappearances though. You find the dates for the two Texas girls, and I'll see if I can find them for the Wash DC interns.

I agree, Spunks. It is not totally clear and Feldman was wound up. What interests me was his urging the jury to find that the females in the "rape videos" (his term) were over eighteen and therefore the videos were not illegal. Obviously age would not apply to animations.

Not much later, ABC news has a Feb 8th story saying Westerfield claimed to have danced with her.
"Westerfield told reporters he left the bar at around 10:30 pm after dancing with Brenda van Dam."

Then FrontPage reports it on the 13th
"There’s more to the Westerfield angle: He saw Mrs. van Dam at the bar earlier in the evening, where, he claims, they danced (which she denies)."

Brenda denied the dancing at the March 13th preliminary hearing
"Did you dance with Mr. Westerfield?" Deputy District Attorney Jeff Dusek asked.
"No," van Dam said.

And she continued to deny it until June 4th when she said:
"I DON'T RECALL.."

Warrant 27845..2/19...regarding calls on police mobile cell phone while recreating DW's travel route.

Lt. Collins, on 2/16, recreated the route and used a cell phone to try and match the cell cites that DW's cell ph had.

Page 2, line 15, starting with "On February 4, 2002" through line 17, ending with the word "failed" is still blacked out on this warrant.

I am confused as to why they would also include a Certification to Defer Notification to Subscriber addendum (pg 25 of 41)..why would they think Collins would destroy info if notified?..or are they saying notifying DW that they are doing this would cause him to destroy evidence?..even tho the warrant is for the cop phone, not DW's?
