Oh, I wont write anything off our list of places to go...

My husband has been down to Mexico several times, all before I ever met him tho...but he and his friends used to drive down there all the time, in their latter teen years, and in their early 20s....

One of his friends actually had a Mexican girlfriend down there, and they would all pile into a car, and go down there and visit...it was in a pretty remote area, as the roads were almost non existant, and they almost had to hack their way through the terrain, to get to the village where she lived...

But we both have a very real desire to see Alaska,and the Yukon...

it was very hot
I wore white sling-back hush puppy sandals (the new ones)
black halter sundress with flowers on side
she headed straight for Cora's fence
on way, lady came out to put trash in trash bin
she pulled me cross street to kiss lady
lady was young mom with purple iridescent painted toe nails
her little girl and neighbor's 2 year old boy followed her out
the little ones petted Lulu but were wary (Lulu is bigger than they are)
but Jennifer (that turned out to be lady's name)
got down and hugged and petted Lulu to her heart's content
then Lulu tried to get into Jennifer's house to nose about
but I held her back at doorway
jennifer's neighbor (the mother of two year old) came out and said how much she hates Bisbee
she spent her teen aged years there and she was bored
when she went inside jennifer confided to me Bisbee is her favorite place
the children were playing go fish on sofa
Lulu tried to join them
finally Jennifer had to get down again and smooch Lulu all over
then we came home

she finished up my hamburger lunch
she had 8 slices of Krafts
(I bought real sliced american cheese, she wont touch it)
only likes krafts singles
then had can of gourmet dog food
