They are now known as being the center for an INTERNATIONAL CHILD PORN/RAPE/DEATH ring. The SDPD and DA didn't even know about it until a group from SWEDEN told them, and had them arrest 1 guy from SD, Another from POWAY, and also attempt to arrest a RETIRED SD LE officer, who committed suicide before he could be picked up.
