Mark: Lots of times when there is a minority hold out they'll take a vote, most the times the minority holdouts will vote guilty then later negotiate in the penalty phase.

Why would a killer leave a body out in the open, where it will definitely be found?

Serial Killer - doesn't fit DW

Friend/Family - for "closure" (not to mention any potential insurance money)- does not fit DW

Westerfield could have buried the body anywhere, burned all the evidence (including the MH).

From the beginning I thought this whole thing was wierd..child missing, mom out til 2:30, then the rumors that were confirmed of the 'lifestyle'...how LE pinpointed DW so quickly when it seemed there could possibly be other suspects was beyond me. Sheesh...if word got around what these folks were into, they could have attracted many a pervert! Somebody could be a swinger, who just uses 'swinging' as a way to find out what couples have children...God only knows...
